Grilled Salmon recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of fresh salmon.
1 minced garlic clove.
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, finely chopped.
1/4 cup of fresh oregano, finely chopped.
1/4 cup of green onion, finely chopped.
2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Rub mixture onto both sides of the salmon.
Grill over a medium flame for about five minutes on each side.
