Cajun-Style Baked Red Snapper recipe

Ingredients:

1 whole red snapper (about 3 lb), scaled, gutted and rinsed in cold water.
Cajun seasoning, to taste.
Paprika, to taste.
6 cloves garlic, crushed.
4 whole green onion stalks.
1 cup of green Onions, chopped (green tops, included).
1 cup of celery, finely chopped.
3 tablespoons of butter.
Freshly chopped parsley, to garnish.

Directions:

Cover the red snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in thoroughly.

Sauté the green onions and celery in the butter until just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with this mixture.

Bake the snapper at 425°F (220°C) for about 50 minutes.

Remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and chopped parsley.

Serve immediately.
