Baked Haddock recipe

Ingredients:

4 x Haddock fillets.
½ cup of melted Butter.
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
¼ cup of Lemon juice.
¼ teaspoon of Ground chili peppers.
1 teaspoon of Salt.
¼ teaspoon of Black pepper.
2 whole garlic cloves(minced).

Directions:

1. Mix together the salt, pepper and garlic. Rub on both sides of each fillet.
2. Place the fillets in a buttered oven proof dish.
3. Combine the butter, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Place 1/3 over the fish.
4. Bake at 375 F for approximately 30 mins, basting with the butter mixture twice during cooking.
