Baked Cod recipe
Ingredients:
4 lb of cod.
Salt and black pepper.
4 cups of breadcrumbs.
1 medium onion.
Savory.
½ cup of butter.
Directions:
Skin and clean the cod.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, onion and savory together; then put this mixture inside the cod.
Place cod in a baking pan with a little water.
Rub the butter on the cod, then bake for 2 hours at 350°F (175°C).
